Ceramic fiber modules are manufactured by folding and needling ceramic fiber blankets. They are the most commonly used insulating blocks for industrial furnaces. The built-in anchoring system allows the modules to connect directly to the furnace shell, forming a seamless lining structure when installed tightly together. This installation method is simple and significantly speeds up furnace construction.

The product is resistant to corrosion by most chemicals, except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis.
